Wade Bowen has combined his big heart and love for golf into an annual fundraiser golf tournament that he holds each year in Waco, TX. The "Wade Bowen Classic" raises money each year for The Bowen Family Foundation that Bowen established to help support his favorite charities. This year it gets more personal for Bowen as part of the proceeds will be donated to the disaster relief effort in West, TX which is a neighboring community to his home of Waco, TX and a town where he spent much of his childhood including holding a job at a locally owned pizza restaurant and being the town where he played his "first real music gig".
This two-day event starts with a festival style concert on Sunday June, 2 featuring Wade Bowen and some of his friends including Josh Abbott Band, Aaron Watson, Neal McCoy, Cody Canada & Seth James of The Departed, Willy Braun of Reckless Kelly, Charlie Worsham, Josh Weathers and more to come!
