This coming Thursday begins a 3 night run by Oklahoma-based Turnpike Troubadours. They are not a cookie-cutter full instrumentation red dirt band, they are a band that has helped define and refine what the mold is forged from. It just so happens that the Friday and Saturday shows this weekend have been sold out for quite some time and the Thursday night show is on track to either sell out through pre-sales and if not will likely sell to a capacity crowd at the door.Turnpike Troubadours is fronted by Evan Felker who also plays acoustic guitar. RC Edwards (bass and vocals), Kyle Nix (fiddle and vocals), Ryan Engleman (lead guitar) and Gabriel Pearson (drums and vocals) round out the band. The Turnpike Troubadours have 3 full-length records under their belt (listed below) with hopefully a 4th coming in 2015!
